During this year long initiative, I was responsible for leading the product design team through the various stages of the project. These stages included definition and scope, competitive research, interactive prototyping for stakeholder review, demos for focus group testing, visual and interaction design of the interface, character animations, transitional elements, sound design, and network brand integration.
